How do you sponsor a cause?

Thanks for asking. At Good Social Network our goal is to help raise awareness and funds for the great organizations participating on the site. One of the ways we do so is with our cause platform that allows users to sponsor them.

Sponsoring causes is simple. In the image shown to the right, you will see "Sponsor this Good Cause". This image appears on any cause page that allows sponsorship. If you choose to sponsor an organization, everything you do from that point on will promote them.

Whether you upload a video, tweet, send message, post classifieds, job opps, listen to music and much more, your content that you generate will be linked to the particular cause you decided to sponsor. A cause badge will be placed in the upper right corner of the page that links back to the cause page. So, someone visiting for the first time will be introduced to great organizations.

You can only sponsor one cause at a time. Don't worry, you can change your sponsorship whenever you wish. We will still keep track of your participation.

As we grow, we will track the number of page views your content generated. We will then donate part of our revenue to the causes based on the percentage of hits received. And you thought social networking was just for connecting. As you can see, you help organizations by doing what you love.

You can also see the number of page views associated with your content. On your profile and homepages you will see "My Good Cause Views". If you were to click on the details you will see the option to view your hits in a comprehensive list or in a very basic list.

So, after logging in, please pick a cause and sponsor it...we appreciate IT and so do the organizations on the site.
