You had to go and start pushing my buttons...alright I am going to start here. But I think we may want to just create a conspiracy section within the forum.

End of the Mayan Calendar 2012: There are many theories of what is going to happen pertaining to this date of December 23rd 2012. The Mayans created an extraordinary calendar that mysteriously ends in December. Some theorize the end of the world-from an extinction level event (comet of meteorite) to the reversal of the axis of the Earth causing the magnetic field to reverse directions throwing all technology into complete chaos. Nostradamos predicted similar events around the same time. While it is true that there is indeed going to be a galactic alignment of planets on this date, one that has not been seen for thousands of years, I like to believe in a different theory.

Some mystics believe that this date is the shift of human evolution and consciousness. Some call it the shift into the Age of Aquarius. Can it be so simple that we are moving from a physical to spiritual Age where humans will begin to understand the basics of humanity? Reducing wars, disease, famine. A planet with less importance on material belongings and more on pure happiness and harmony. Enlightenment? I hope so. But why wait until 2012 to find out? We can begin this process now.
